Vilka är Colorfield?

Colorfield är mer än en restaurangkedja. Vi är ett nytt hälsocommunity och den enkla vägen till ditt välbefinnande. Vi serverar hälsosam take away-mat i regnbågens alla färger. För färgglad mat är inte bara galet god och vacker – den är också hälsosammare.

Vi har idag fem enheter i Stockholm med planer att växa ytterligare i närområdet. Colorfields vison är att vara det självklara valet hela dagen från frukost, lunch och eftermiddag. Vi erbjuder varma och kalla rätter med asiatiska smaker. Dessutom serverar vi smoothies, grillade smörgåsar, kaffe, snacks och raw food-bakelser.

Vilket ansvar har du som butikschef hos oss?

Du har huvudansvaret för den dagliga av driften av butiken och personalen som arbetar i butiken. Du arbetar dagligen med att utveckla vår personal och verksamhet. Som butikschef är du också ansvarig för redovisning och uppföljning av resultat och god lönsamhet. Följande ingår i tjänsten

· Schemaplanering

· Rekrytering

· Personalkostnad

· Inköp

· Råvarukostnad

· Övriga kostnader

· Implementering och uppföljning av servicerutiner

· Inköp

· Attest av fakturor

· Delegering och uppföljning av arbetsuppgifter

· Planering av matproduktion

· Säker mat & hygien

Vem söker vi?

Du har tidigare erfarenhet av roller med personalansvar. Det är meriterande om du tidigare arbetat med matproduktion. Vi söker dig som är intresserad av hälsosam mat, träning och tycker om att möta nya människor. Du tycker om ett flexibelt arbetsschema som inkluderar morgon-, lunch-, kväll- och helgpass

What are the responsibilities of the Store Manager role?

You have the main responsibility for the daily operation of the store and the staff who work in the store. You work daily to develop our staff and operations. As Store Manager, you are also responsible for reporting and following up on results and good profitability. The following is included in the service

• Scheduling

• Recruitment

• Personal expense

• Purchasing

• Raw material cost

• Other expenses

• Implementation and follow-up of service routines

• Purchasing

• Certificate of invoices

• Delegation and follow-up of tasks

• Planning of food production

• Safe mat & hygiene

Who are we looking for?

You have previous experience in roles with personnel responsibility. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with food production. We are looking for people who are interested in healthy food, exercise and enjoy meeting new people. You enjoy a flexible work schedule with options of morning, lunch, evening and weekend shifts
