Your Role: Beyond Cooking, Creating Experiences

We are seeking chefs who not only have experience in large restaurants but also possess a happy, positive, and energetic personality. If you are a team player with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks, and are driven by high goals, you're the candidate we are looking for.

Your exceptional cooking skills, along with fluency in English, will be key in delivering top-class experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Collaborating with colleagues across our diverse culinary sections.

Communicating effectively with other departments.

Upholding high standards of hygiene, service, environment, and concept adherence.

Following all established routines and procedures.

Your Duties:

As part of our team, you will report to the Executive Head Chef. Work closely with colleagues to ensure top-quality products, collaboration, and a great atmosphere.

Your role will involve:

Creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Collaborating across departments within Cane Rum Society.

Ensuring all food is of the highest quality.

Maintaining cleanliness and following health codes.

Working Hours & Benefits:

This part time position requires working weekends (Fridays & Saturdays) and some evenings, with a 6-month trial period.

Salary and terms are per agreement.
