We at the Arctic River Lodge of Explore The North are looking for two chefs

2 full time chefs for the winter season
starting in the end of November until the beginning of April possibility to get an all year round contract

Requirements:
You have a strong organization and multitasking skills to perform well in a fast-paced environment You can work independent You can take instructions, process and execute them Prepare warm and cold dishes according to our menu Know the basics of fine dine cooking Sort and store deliveries Keep track of all dietary issues and specials You are a team player and you are flexible You can take responsibility Keep the kitchen and storages clean and follow cleaning schedules
