Head Chef

Our restaurant is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Chef who is passionate about the culinary arts. The ideal candidate for this position will be a natural leader who has to cook on his/her own or in a group. The Chef will be responsible for assigning work in the kitchen such as preparing the breakfast buffet and meals for our lunch/diners. But also interviewing and training staff, kitchen inventory management and partnering with the Sous Chef to develop delectable new dishes to add to our progressive menu.
