Vilka är vi?

Bazaar är ett ny modernt indiskt koncept med stor fokus på sharefood. Ambitionerna är höga & verksamhet ska expandera i hela Sverige. Bazaar kommer att expandera i en rasande takt med redan en andra enhet redo i början på årsskiftet Det viktiga för oss är att oavsett vilket mål du har för framtiden så har vi garanterat en plats för dig. Vad innebär jobbet som skiftledare hos oss?

Som skiftledare har du ansvaret för kvaliteten på produkterna från köket och kökspersonalen samt serveringsansvar. Du utvecklar även medarbetarna genom att delegera och vägleda vid nya arbetsuppgifter.

Bland annat ingår följande ansvar i tjänsten:

Service och ansvar för kvaliteten på färdigt produkt från Bar & kök
Beställningar
Leveranser
Schema planering
Inventering
Jobba i driften
Leda personalen
Upprätthålla rutiner, renlighet och matsäkerhet

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att jobba i restaurang med eget ansvar. Du ska vara serviceinriktad och klara av att behålla helhetsgreppet i ett högt arbetstempo. Du är stresstålig, driftig och flexibel.

What does the job as a shiftleader with us mean?

As a shiftleader, you are responsible for the operations in the whole restaurant everything that comes out from the kitchen or the bar should be acceptable from your perspective . You should also develop employees by delegating and guiding new tasks.

Among other things, the following responsibilities are included in the service:

Service and responsibility for always giving the guest the perfect experience.

Orders
Deliveries
Inventory
Work in operations
Lead the the staff
Scheduling
Maintain routines and food safety
Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience of working in the restaurant with some responsibility. You must be service-oriented and able to maintain the overall grip at a high work pace. You are stress-resistant, enterprising and flexible.
